## 1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return if:
* The product is damaged during delivery.
* The wrong product has been delivered.
* The product has a manufacturing defect.
* The product received is significantly different from the product description.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
* Be returned within **7 days** of receiving the order.
* Remain unused and in its original condition.
* Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.
* Not show signs of physical damage caused by the customer.
## 2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
* Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
* Software, digital products, downloadable items, or gift cards.
* Products with broken seals or missing original packaging.
* Clearance, promotional, or special discount items (unless defective).

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
* Refunds will be processed within **7-10 business days**.
* The refund will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
* For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be sent via bank transfer or mobile banking.

Customers may request an exchange instead of a refund if:

* The item was damaged during shipping.
Product exchanges are subject to stock availability.
## 5. Return Shipping
* If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), Gadget 1 will bear the return shipping cost.
* If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for shipping charges.

Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted and the customer must follow the return process after receiving the product.
